This level is applicable to everyone who starts the Certification Course(s). Your level initially begins as a “trainee”.
Practitioner Level – REQUIREMENTS
- Required hours : 125 hrs total
- 100 hrs class time – Online Video Lessons, Written Test and Evaluation Day
Also – Home Study A&B, client case studies, organ-mind directory study, Review of Course Lessons - 25 hrs practical time – Practicals with class, Tutorial Sessions with Trainer (Alumni Trainer Asst), and working with live case studies.
- 100 hrs class time – Online Video Lessons, Written Test and Evaluation Day
- Client Case Submissions: 5 Case Studies
- Written Test
- Evaluation Session with Richard – Present one client case verbally
Health Coach Level – REQUIREMENTS
- Required Hours : 250 hrs. total
- 150 hrs class time – Online Video Lessons. Review the Home Study A&B, client case studies organ-mind directory study. Attend Practicals and schedule Tutorial Sessions, Test and Evaluation Day
- 100 hours – Practical Hours
- Practicing with clients for 6+ months
- Emphasis on Coaching skills and release techniques
- Utilizing Integrative Skills like EFT, NLP
- Developing the Coaching Plan (integrative health plan)
- Review all Videos and Home Study A&B and Organ-Mind Directory
- Written Test includes submission of 20 Case Studies
- Client Case Submissions: 20 Case Studies

Interactive Online Training
We use a web-based online conferencing room system which allows interactive learning. Watch live or recorded PowerPoint presentations during online course lessons as Richard Flook teaches course materials.
We use this same system for Practice Sessions and Tutoring along with voice over internet protocal (VOIP) which is available as a free download. More information is available in the course section. You can actively participate by asking Richard or his Health Coach Team questions and liaising with your fellow course attendee’s throughout the sessions.
All you will require for the system is a good internet connection, and a headset with a microphone. Headsets are preferable to speakers as they have less feedback sound on the system. Plus if you want top be a demonstration subject you can, all you need is a webcam and your can get a diagnosis and therapy with Richard – a leader in this field.
** There is no additional cost to access any of this web based software for class purposes.
Hands-on Training through online practice sessions
Throughout the training, Richard will be hosting practice sessions either with himself or with his META Medicine Masters Team assisting in which, over the internet, you will be able to do exercises and ask questions of Richard or his team. This ensures you are ready to become certified as an Integrative Health Coach using META-Medicine all in good time before the end of the course.
There is an interactive forum for you to liaise with other Course students and health coaches, create discussion on lesson topics, or ask your questions.
Accompanying video/audio material will be issued to you, as will download manuals and course follow-up information with resources etc. You will be able to access most of these instantly upon course completion of registration for the online course.
You will have personal access to Richard or his team to ask questions anytime. If you have questions or need additional help, a team member is just a email or call away.
